Prof. Jian Zhang from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Was Invited to Present a Xingjian Lecture
   
On December 14th 9:30pm, Room 808 Xiangying Building, Baoshan Campus, Prof. Jian Zhang from UTS presented a lecture entitled ‘Handling Occlusion and Large Displacement through Improved RGB-D Scene Flow Estimation’.

On the morning of April 11, 2014, Xing Jian forum invited Professor J. Alfredo Sanchez of Mexico Universidad de las Américas Puebla to give academic lecture of "How is your computer feeling today? Perspective on Affective Computing” at Xiang Ying Building room 516 in Bashan Campus for teachers and students.
  
Academic Forum: Design experience first design software afterwards
   
On the morning of March 14, 2014, XingJian forum invited professor J. Alfredo Sanchez of Mexico Universidad de las Américas Puebla to give academic lecture of "experience prior to software design: human-computer interaction and user experience" at  xiang ying building room 516 in east baoshan district  for teachers and students.

Today (Dec. 20th) 9:30am, Section 130 at Xingjian Forum was held in T516, Xiangying building. Dr. Bruce Wheeler was invited to present a lecture: “Reverse and Forward Engineering of the Brain” Over 80 teachers and students from SHU biomedical engineering joined in this lecture.
